Pass Plus Cymru

Statistics show that young people between the ages of 16 and 25 are more likely to be killed on the road than any other road user. Therefore in an effort to reduce the number of young drivers being involved in collisions and being killed on the roads Gwynedd Council is offering to pay a large percentage of the cost for any young driver who has recently passed their driving test to attend a Pass Plus Cymru course. The expert led Pass Plus Cymru course gives young drivers the opportunity to develop road techniques and to widen experience. The course concentrates on motorway driving, and coping with driving in busy towns and cities as well as driving on rural country roads. For more details visit
